Shipping and Delivery Policy

At HelpSprings Foundation, we primarily offer charitable services and digital acknowledgments rather than physical goods. However, in the event that physical items (such as donor kits, certificates, or promotional material) are distributed as part of our campaigns, the following Shipping and Delivery Policy applies.

Delivery of Acknowledgments & Receipts

• Upon successful donation, donors will receive a digital receipt and acknowledgment email within a few minutes.
• If you do not receive your receipt, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@helpsprings.org.

Shipping of Physical Materials (if applicable)

• In select cases, we may send physical items like donor badges, thank-you letters, or event-related materials.
• Shipping is only available within India at the moment.
• Items will be dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of the donation or request confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery Charges

• Most shipments related to donation rewards or campaigns are free of charge unless otherwise specified.
• Any charges will be clearly mentioned before confirmation.

Shipping Partner

• We use trusted courier services or India Post for deliveries.
• A tracking number may be provided upon dispatch, if applicable.

Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver items on time; however, delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Regional lockdowns or weather conditions
• Courier delays

If your item has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@helpsprings.org with your donation/order details.

Incorrect Address or Undelivered Items

• Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.
• We are not responsible for items returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
